How we handle your deck and data

What we keep

When you share a deck, we read its text and keep only that text, together with the venture profile built from it, your answers, your matches, your application drafts and your chat with us. We do not keep the deck file itself.

What goes to the AI

To build your profile, matches, answers and drafts, an AI model provider receives: the company description you type, your deck text (from a file or a link; for a scanned deck, the file itself), the questions you ask in the chat, and your venture profile when you ask for an application draft. We ask for your agreement before the first of these.

Who can see it

Only you, when signed in, and the platform administrators, who access it only to operate, support and secure the service.

How we use your information

Your deck and company information are used only to build your profile, find matching programmes and prepare your drafts. We do not sell your data, share it with programmes or third parties for marketing, or use it to train AI models. Your information is sent to our AI provider only to perform these tasks. We also record how the service is used (for example which answers you chose, which programmes you were shown or opened, and whether you clicked to apply), without the text you type or your deck; administrators review these mostly as totals to improve the service, and they are deleted with your account. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the Account page.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep the text extracted from your deck, your profile, matches, drafts and chat history for as long as your account is active. We do not store the deck file itself. When you delete your account, all of this is deleted immediately and permanently. We keep AI usage records (model, token counts, cost) without your name or content for cost accounting.

When an administrator takes an action on an account, for example suspending or deleting it, we record who did what and when in an internal admin log. If your account is deleted, that log keeps your e-mail address for 12 months; after that it keeps only an internal account ID.

Your choices

You can view and correct your profile at any time, and delete your account and all your data from the Account page. For any other privacy question, contact us through the service.
