Terms of Use

1. Who may use the service
Deeptech Journey OS ("the Service", "we", "us") is intended for companies and their authorised representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the company you register. By creating an account you confirm that you have that authority, and you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and that company.
2. What the service is
The Service helps companies find funding, pilot, accelerator, sandbox and other programmes, and prepare application drafts. It is an information and drafting aid only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice.
We are not affiliated with the programmes shown, unless we say so explicitly. Programme information is collected from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or changed by the programme without notice. We do not guarantee that you are eligible for any programme, that you will be accepted, or that you will receive funding or any other benefit.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for holding the rights and permissions needed to upload any material, including pitch decks and other documents.
You review, complete and submit every application yourself. You are solely responsible for its content and for meeting each programme's terms and deadlines. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service. In particular, you may not: access it by automated means, or scrape or copy the programme catalogue; attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass its security or usage limits; upload malicious code; upload confidential material or personal information of others without their permission; or use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
5. AI-generated content
Parts of the Service, including the venture profile built from your materials, match explanations, answers in the chat and application drafts, are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review and verify all AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to any third party.
6. Intellectual property
You keep all rights in the content you upload and in the drafts prepared for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process your content only as needed to provide the Service to you.
The Service itself, including its software, design, programme catalogue and texts, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reuse it except as these Terms allow.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funding, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Account suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance.
9. Changes to these terms; governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service.
